Proteins that contain amino acids are the foundation that helps in building the basics of human DNA structures and CELLS etc

Protein needs to be taken for cell repair and  function in the body

Daily protein requirements for adults are usually 1-2 g per kg per day or grossly the weight of the body( 60kg--60 grams protein)

Its requirement may depend upon the lifestyle like if you are sedentary and do heavy exercises.

Protein must be taken to maintain good health and keep the body active and happy.

The basic requirements for them may be fulfilled by your daily routine diet like milk, pulses, cereals and legumes, cheese, nuts, etc

The vegetarian may get it from leafy vegetables, milk, nuts, peas, mushrooms, avocados etc

A non-vegetarian diet may take from egg, meat, pork, fish, etc

Nowadays people are also supplementing protein with powder which may be plant-based or otherwise, especially in GYM, etc

Take your daily protein to remain healthy

In case of any health issues or if you are feeling low and lethargic in your routine, add more of sprouts and protein from different source and see a change in your activity.
